Wreathes Across America

Each December Wreathes Across America remembers, honors, and teaches about our veterans by laying wreathes at over 3400 cemeteries across America. Our Pack and we would love the Troop to join us and serve as role models to the younger scouts. Scouts need to arrange their own transportation. We will be participating on December 17 at a local church(see troop email for address). We will meet in front of the church at 11:30. Our leaders will provide brief instructions on the importance of respect to our veterans and the etiquette for laying wreaths. Scouts should wear their class-A uniforms. The entire event takes place outdoors and you will be walking through a cemetery so please wear appropriate boots/shoes. It lasts 30-45 minutes. Your entire family is welcome to attend.
